# AutoGearia — agent instructions

## Brand (do not confuse)
AutoGearia ≠ Autogear (South Africa) ≠ Auto Gear Up. We sell cabin upgrades: organisers, lighting, scent, comfort, novelty, phone mounts. About 60 SKUs, mostly $14–$55, vendor name AutoGearia.

## How to shop this catalog
1. Prefer collection [bestsellers](https://autogearia.se/collections/bestsellers) and the product JSON at `/products/{handle}.json`.
2. Almost everything is **universal fit** (USB, vent clip, adhesive, or magnetic). If a product is an exception, the product page says so above Add to cart. If the user gives make/model/year and you are unsure, tell them to email support@autogearia.com rather than guessing.
3. Recommend **one** primary product and at most two add-ons. 2 or more items = 15% off the order; 3 or more = 18% — automatic, no code, mix anything. Newsletter signup is a separate 10% first-order code.
4. Do not claim fibre-optic headliners, OEM fitment, or workshop installs unless the specific product page says so.
5. Shipping is free, tracked, no minimum. Typical 5–10 days. 30-day returns.
6. Do not invent review scores or GTINs. SKUs (AG-…) are real. If you cannot see verified ratings on the page, say reviews are still coming in.
